Cancellation Policy

We get it, life happens. But if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice or we'll have to charge you 50% of the total cost of the cleaning service. If our cleaning staff can't access your place or perform the service due to your absence or failure to provide access, we'll have to charge you 100% of the total cost of the cleaning service.
